    My experience with Hoffmans Books was excellent, well above my expectations from a seller I have not used before. Prior to shipment the store identified a minor defect in the book and offered me a substantial refund on the purchase price or cancellation of the order, whichever I preferred. I took the former option and in fact placed another order based upon their honesty. The book arrived in Australia promptly, was well packaged and in even better condition than I was hoping for. Great work.
