  Have already sent two replies and it looks like you take no notice to what I have said. The part that I received eventually worked out and stopped slipping and asked for help as there were no instruction and unfortunately I snapped the small stud that fits into the 5th fret that holds the string in place. I have asked for help on this matter but nothing forth coming.
