The communication with vendor is great as they send you an notice when package is mailed out. The selection is great, and the product arrived on time.   Some of the best customer service I've seen on eBay. The seller reached out to me immediately after purchase, explaining that the batteries would not be included due to shipping restrictions, and offered photos clearly showing what type of batteries it used and how many it needed. When the item arrived broken, seller immediately responded and determined what part needed to be replaced. Seller got a replacement part shipped to me with phenomenal speed, considering it was the Christmas season.
