  The item arrived exactly as described, new in the box, everything present, great condition. It was a good deal, priced below original price on item's website. Shipping was slow via USPS, I'm pretty sure the package got lost for a few days, but it wasn't the seller's fault. When I inquired them about the shipping delay, they assured me it was just because USPS was running behind due to the holidays and staffing shortages. They were very responsive and reassuring. I would purchase from the again.

  The product I purchased was shipped in a timely manner and arrived packaged very nicely, however my product was defective, so I messaged the seller and Within a few minutes the issue was resolved, you can buy with confidence from this seller. I would definitely recommend this seller, and would purchase from them again.

  The description of the item was not accurate, there were cosmetic issues and missing accessories despite being listed as new. I brought it up with the seller and they were quick to respond and were sorry. They offered me compensation options. While it was unfortunate the item was not as described, the seller maintained great communication and were understanding. Overall great seller!

  They shipped the next morning after I placed my order and even received it earlier than I thought I would . Shoes are exactly as described ! Packing was good and arrived in perfect condition. Love that I got them at a good price seeing that it’s hard to find these shoes especially in my size

  Received item work well at first than stop putting out smoke. I called the manufacturer they diagnosed the problem got in contact with this E bay seller and promptly gave a partial refund to order the defective part! This seller is highly recommended!
