  As described in listing, brand new manufacturer sealed. Adequately packed in a cardboard sleeve, although HMV should incorporate bubble wrap within their packaging for added protection, especially for the bigger more expensive box sets. Item did arrive before scheduled time and was in excellent undamaged condition. Customer service is always responsive with specific questions about products. Very good all-around buying experience.

  All round excellent service. Release date put back twice and by several weeks. However, kept fully informed by seller, who provided updates of the revised release dates.
