Item not as described, contacted seller who eventually replied saying item is correct. Sent a second message and seller failed to respond. Not happy with the item or the seller. Very disappointing

I sent you exactly what you ordered. The only message I received from you was: "Hi, received item but not what was ordered, the socks are too long and not crew. Please correct." You did not send a second message or provide a picture of what you received.
If I had sent the wrong item, a picture would have clarified the situation. It seems there may have been a mistake when you placed your order. I will report this issue to eBay and request the negative feedback be removed.
