  This binder came shipped to me missing one of the three binder rings. When I contacted the seller they communicated that this was shipped complete which was not the case. They said they had no binder rings that could be shipped to me to make good on the item. Their claim to want to satisfy a customer is inaccurate. Their items should be checked before shipping to ensure everything is complete. I now have to shop at Staples and purchase a binder ring to make my item complete.

  I ordered a 34" L roll of red cellophane as described on-line, but when it arrived it was only 24"L. I contacted the seller and they sent me a return label which says "This site not available." I have contacted the seller a good 6 times about this and the problem I am having, and they just keep replying back to me to print it which I cannot do, so we just go round and round, they are Japanese, and may not understand my explanation, but if they are like this they shouldn't even be in busines.
