  This seller acted upon my order really quickly, it was delivered the day after ordering. Unfortunately, due to my error, I ordered the incorrect part, on being contacted the seller immediately said that I should return the product and offered a full refund, which I thanked them very much for such a positive response. I will have no hesitation in using this seller again in the future.

  The lead was received today within stated delivery time. Item new as described, and is of very good quality, It is even better than the original which was supplied with the camera. Its appearance is of very good quality and is more robust, It is also very good value for money. This trader had very good communication, and had the item well packed. Thanks for your good service.

  Cable did not fit what it was advertised as, had to pay £3.90 to send back as postage label only for large envelopes. Post office said it was a classed as a parcel and would not proceed as large envelope. Reply from seller, use the postage label and put in red letter box, wasn't sure if this was sarcastic or not. I did get full refund on postage costs and item returned. I can see why there are negative feedback regarding wrong cables sent and postage issues.

  Both items arrived fine but in damaged packaging (NOT SELLERS FAULT) Royal mails machine ripped open the plastic bag,and damaged address label, thus delay in receiving it, but they still got it to me, GREAT quality, condition, and value for money, happy to leave you 5 stars all round, but might be good to try some stiff card if possible in other customers orders, in case they get chewed up too, Recommended items, loved these. thanks.
