  I admit I was very nervous about buying replacement china online, but could not pass up the chance to replace the dinner plates I've broken over the years. I'm happy to report that all the plates (8) arrived safely, inspite of a big gouge in the box by FedEx! The folks at Highcountrystoneworks did an outstanding job with the packing! Their price was half what I found elsewhere, so also a great value, and the "used condition" was just as advertised - no chips, cracks, or crackling! Thank you!!

  Items were exactly as described, shipped quickly and while shipping was a decent amount of the purchase price, these were delicate plates packed VERY well. No damage at all. Would definitely look for this seller again if in need of a specific piece of stoneware.

  I love my purchase. It almost took too long to get here, but that’s just me being so excited that I found the coffee mugs and just wanted them lol. They arrived as promised and in pristine condition. The packaging was better than Fort Knox, secure and tight.   Just what I ordered and in good condition. Had to msg after 5 days for them to mail. They shipped but didn’t respond.
