  Item arrived as stated in description but was quite dirty. After taking it apart and cleaning well then seems to be working fine. The shipping was very strange and most likely nothing to do with seller but it went back and forth between a couple of facilities a few times and was delayed a couple days from original shipping time. Communication with seller was good and he was helping to track as well and I felt he cared to make sure was a positive experience. Would recommend.

  As it turns out, the Leafeon promo card was lost in transit, but the seller was excellent throughout the process. Great communication and very understanding, issued a full refund quickly. Highly recommended for their professionalism and customer care!

  This was the second time ordering from this seller, the first time all went smooth but this time it did not. I placed this order on June 12th and the seller marked it shipped on June 13th (they bought the USPS Label). I waited patiently until June 19th I noticed nothing had changed (and the ETA was June 25th) so I contacted them. They said they forgot to send it out and would send it out...but they didn't send it until June 23rd. Unfortunately, the last time I will be buying from them.

  Packaged arrived in time and we'll packaged. The cards were in good condition and the value was more than what I paid. I would definitely recommend this seller especially if you're looking to add good cards to your collection.
