    Item was well packaged as described and shipped very fast once shipped! I was in communication with Steve before and after my purchase. He's was prompt on his replies and very good at answering all of my questions. Only complaint I have is the shipping cost. London to the USA, but sipped in like three days. l will definitely be paying attention for more items to purchase from this seller in the future. Thanks again for making my purchase pleasant Tyler

    I originally made a negative comment about this transaction as the picture of the item on the listing was not the item I received. I was quickly contacted by the seller after my feedback anxious to put right the mistake. (The description of the item didn t realy fit the photographed item or the received one ) But I have subsequently received the googles photographed in the listing. I would give a positive rating now with regard to the customer service from this company

    Product is as Described. Solid packaging with prompt delivery. Ebay has too high of expectations with leaving feedback nor do I have the time to leave detailed feedback beyond what is stated at the beginning of this incredibly lengthy review that encourages the buyer to not leave a review at all which is unfair for the seller. A two sentence response should be adequate with a positive experience. I will copy and paste this response to my other feedbacks which bears no reflection on the Seller.

    Awesome transaction. Seller was very quick to ship the item, which was competitively priced. From start to finish of this transaction, item arrived from the U.K. in 10 days. Very impressive, as it has now been 7 months and counting for the still yet to be shipped exact part that I ordered from the Piaggio Group (parent company of Aprilia and Moto Guzzi).
