  Seller was incredibly friendly and very understanding. I had to reach out to her because the product was damaged during shipping, by no fault of the sellers. She had packed the package incredibly well but it didn't matter in the end. She went out of her way to try to help me fix the product and get it working. She even offered me a refund without being asked just to try to keep me happy. Thank you for making it such an easy process.

  This beautiful mug arrived safely. It was packaged extremely well to prevent damage. The mug was exactly as described and love the colors and the Annapolis. Communication with the seller was excellent. Would order again from this seller. I lived in Maryland close to Annapolis so this mug is special to me . Thank you

  Buyer was right. It came in 2-3 days time. Very well thought out packaging. Looked it over and saw no problems with the picture frame. Boxed, bubble wrapped, cardboard, brown paper. Great communication. Nice looking frame, as described.

The items were packed very well, and that costs money.
