  The package arrived on time but the contents were smashed. The front cover of the water heater is made of glass and was shattered with parts rattling around inside the shipping box. I was offered several options and got responses even over the Christmas holiday to resolve the problem. Clearly the shipper was at fault but the company through hello2usa made it right with a full refund.

  Really a top notch seller, very, very fast shipping and extremely fair, good pricing and shipping, if there is any issues or problems they really go out of their way to come to a mutual resolution to make things right, for me the problem was due to the shipping company and instead of pushing the issue off on the shipper, the seller immediately reached out and resolved everything for me. my experience has been a good one and I would buy from them again.
