  Excellent transaction from start to finish. The item I ordered is a 10 piece figurine set of Rudolph and friends from the christmas movie. I received the same item as pictured. The item was new still in the origonal box. The packaging for delivery is 10stars. This seller took great care when shipping my purchase.   The condition of the item received from this seller was not as described. However, when I contacted this seller the response was quick, apologetic, and a complete refund was issued including postage. Sellers like this should be commended when the response to a "mistake," one which anyone of us is capable of making, is dealt with in this manner. I was initially disappointed, but in the end very satisfied. Integrity is magnified when manifested in the context of our mutually shared fallibility.
