  I had a very positive experience with Anthony (the seller) despite part of the order arriving damaged/unusable. I reached out right away, included a picture, and asked how he would like to resolve the situation. I heard back quickly with a genuine apology and a compromise offer. I made a slight counter-offer which Anthony thought was more than fair and the refund was posted immediately. Unfortunate situation during shipping, but handled professionally by Anthony.

  Shipped super fast and well packaged--arrived in good condition and no damage during shipping. Works as described, and I appreciate that the seller included a video showing the cassette player does indeed work--this made me feel a lot more secure about what I was purchasing! A great price for a "vintage" working radio/cassette player that I think will keep working for a good while longer.
