  I ordered a horse brass, but was initially disappointed when I received a slightly different version to the one shown in the listing. I contacted the seller and asked if I could swap it for a different one they were selling, and return to one I received. The seller kindly shipped out the replacement, and told me to keep the original one too, all free of charge. Lovely seller, quick to respond, highly recommend :)

  As advertised and dispatched quickly & securely. Pity that Royal Mail let this supplier down taking nearly a week to deliver a 48 Hour Tracked! No reflection on the supplier who I would recommend to all. Many thanks Hart's Collectables.
