  Product as described and good quality and value for money. Although not a major problem regretfully let down by the courier. Tracking was provided but apart from one short message of “running behind” it did not update so I had no idea when it would arrive. Eventually arrived 5 days after expected.

  Excellent company,the sheet in the bag was the wrong colour,they were nt to know as it was a sealed grey bag and it was marked with the correct colour.they offered either a decent partial refund ,or an exchange for the correct one. A little slow with responding,but that’s nit picking and hopefully they ll read this ,and sort that out.

  I have bought from this seller in the past, but unfortunately I received the wrong items on this occasion, a quick message to the seller and the correct refilis were sent out straight away and I have returned the incorrect items. Great service thank you

  Ordered the black ink on 2nd and hadn't arrived by 8th so contacted the seller. They said they would refund me and they did the next day on 9th. Good communication with the seller but apparently it wasn't sent out as out of stock so a long wait but these things happen so as long as you get refunded quickly all is well which is what happened.
