  Asking this seller if I could have a slight refund on her shipping charges as requested she sent both dresses in the same package. I have purchased from her before and will not be returning anything on her free shipping back to her. Please advise? Thank you, Renay Andren

  Thank you it's pretty. The shipping is ridiculous just because if you pay right away then it should be shipped next day not 3 or 4 days later. Also the packaging made it look as if it was used.

  Oh my! I think you put the wrong comment in this feedback. You purchased Wed Nov 27. Next day was Thanksgiving. Shipment was Fri Nov 29. the next business day. Look at the tracking. The hairpiece was sent in the manufacturers packaging, which was brand new, just like the hairpiece. You paid $4.49 shipping. Actual cost usps was $4.43, Also, my cost of the poly shipping mailer, label paper, ink and tape are included in shipping cost. I actually lost a little on the shipping cost.

  item was advertised as new with tags. it arrived with No Tags and with red streaks in the fabric. Seller insisted it was inspected & shipped without streaks. the only option was to return. Not an option due to high shipping & return costs exceeding cost of the item. The seller refused to offer any other option & not only failed to reply to request for other options but they blocked me from future purchases. 2 other items in my order were very nice.

  All of my Jostar is brand new never used direct from the Jostar factory. There were no streaks on any pants. Nothing was used. Your complaint is not true. You are looking for free pants. This has been reported to Ebay. Previously you complained that I overcharged you $27 that was not true. Now you are making false claims about the pants in hopes of getting a refund. Your letter was replied to. There’s no other option to offer. There was nothing wrong with anything in your order.
