  I ordered this item and had to cancel it a few hours later because of my mistake. It was the wrong lamp for my projector. The seller promptly cancelled my order and I received a refund notification from Ebay in less than an hour later. Excellent customer service!

  Received bulb in new condition as listed, but it stopped working in my enlarger after a few minutes. I told the seller and gave me a refund without sending it back. Will have my business again in the future. Thank you.
