Came with clear instructions, clear bag over leaves, blocked direct sunlight till they settle in. Shipping was great in usps box. Sealed Plastic bag, moist newspaper wrapped around roots. Seller also obliged a sample plum cutting. Communication is clear, firm and crisp. Response quickly to questions. I definitely recommend and buy here again. I am new to gardening and will probably buy again as problems arises.

The shipping was excellent and even came a day early and the postman actually followed the directions on the package. I am very pleased with the olive tree I got. The tree is healthy, planted very well, and may even be larger than advertised. I will purchase from happy-trader again.

It was shipped right off and was packed extremely well which helped it to survive a five day mail journey (USPS screw up). Soil was still moist upon receiving and the plant wasn't wilted. The angled ends were wrapped in damp newspaper and enclosed in a plastic bag to prevent drying out, which was very thoughtful. They have now been potted, and I’m hopeful they will root successfully.
