Came with clear instructions, clear bag over leaves, blocked direct sunlight till they settle in. Shipping was great in usps box. Sealed Plastic bag, moist newspaper wrapped around roots. Seller also obliged a sample plum cutting. Communication is clear, firm and crisp. Response quickly to questions. I definitely recommend and buy here again. I am new to gardening and will probably buy again as problems arises.

The angled ends were wrapped in damp newspaper and enclosed in a plastic bag to prevent drying out, which was very thoughtful. They have now been potted, and I’m hopeful they will root successfully.
