    This seller is so awesome! I had an issue with my item and she issued me a refund with no questions asked. She stands behind what she sells and was so nice to work with. I would buy from her again because she handled the issue with so much care.

    Gave a neutral rating only because i received a refund. I was very patient with seller not shipping item on time with them giving excuses as to why. I was forgiving. They said item fell out their car and they were sorry and i could pick something else. Later they said they actually shipped the item i purchased but what came was not what i purchased. I purchased a XL and received an XS. I’ve reached out to seller and they refuse to reply now.

    I purchased this laptop case and was informed it would arrive between May 1 and May 5. When tracking it, the message said that a label by the seller had been created but when it didn’t show up by May 5th I messaged the seller. The next day I received a message from the seller saying that he had mailed it and would follow up with me (which he never did). I contacted the Post Office and was told they never received it from the seller. Turns out the seller never sent it. Buyers beware!
