  Seller was excellent in keeping communication throughout the process. I ordered a figure on pre-order, seller sent verification my copy was reserved immediately and provided updates up until letting me know once the figure was released and being shipped out. Packaging was also superb to keep the figure nice and secure during transit. Would definitely do business again!

And every time I order from this store, the package I receive is heavily protected with bubble wrap and tape and have never been damaged, including this one.
