    Seller is very communicative. Item came in very great condition and packed with care. Product was as advertised. Only (expected) downside is timing of shipment as it’s crossing a big distance to the US. However I would 100% recommend this seller and purchase from this seller again.

    Always enjoy having business with this seller. They are very good with communication and updating about shipping status of the package. Had a minor hiccup about the delivery in the U.S. However, I was able to communicate my needs with the logistics company, and straightened out things. Ultimately, the seller’s frequently updated the status of my package prevented it to be returned to them due to an erroneous delivery address.

    Wrapped safely and securely by the seller, the packaging is beautiful. It arrived in excellent condition, brand new. The video transfer quality is superb, crisp and clear in sharp high definition. The audio quality is vibrant and rich. Subtitles are easy to read and understand. This is high value product. There was trouble with the local courier but the seller was very helpful and quick to respond to communication. Awesome seller!

    My fault for not checking the description properly but it is not with English sub-titles. Looks like it wont come with any for a long time. Anyway it arrived in time, nicely packaged up, presented neatly and plays well, great value for . Have brought from seller before and always responds quickly to a message.

    Previous experience with this great-value seller led us to expect prompt delivery, but this time it was very prompt, taking only half of the stated time. As usual it was well-wrapped and in perfect condition. We would not hesitate to use this seller again (and almost certainly will!)
