However, they wanted my Paypal account details ( which are not linked to the purchase, or my eBay account ). I informed the seller that I had never before experienced such issues with any return, via the eBay, or any other website. The seller stood by their request. Very suspicious actions. Obviously, eBay are unhelpful. The faulty item remains with us. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY !!
