  Looked like it had been superglued, and not new - not obvious from listing. I am advised by the seller that the use of Yodel resulted from ebay policy - this meant that delivery was not 1st class post as indicated on website, but outwith sellers control

  Item never shipped and seller never provided proof of purchase. (Tracking number supplied failed to work). After a week I was given a refund, however they caused real problems as I had KNX engineer booked to complete commissioning, but without this PSU we had to cancel. Overall a very negative experience, and would not recommend this seller.
