    'Used' item, just as described (product packaging, too). Happy. Seller stated that a delay was likely - whilst away - but parcel arrived earlier than expected. Happy. No comp. slip, no 'thank you' card, no copy order/receipt ... none of which is necessary, but I just think it is courteous and good comms. with Buyer; that's all. (Only reason for dropping a * ... I always thank my clients for their custom).

    What can I say? What an amazing experience with Hampshire Models. The communication and tracking was the best I have experienced--and this was from across the pond! The little loco arrived faster from the UK than many items that are shipped from two states from me. And the tank engine performs exceptionally well! Super detail and the sounds are amazing! The loco was packed extremely well and was layout ready as soon as I opened it. Thank you again for your truly exceptional service!
