    Refunded, so cannot be as harsh to mark negative, however confused why the item was marked as available, and then as sent - Item didn't arrive, and yet on getting in touch to enquire about the dispatch and postal method a refund was sent without any discussion or explanation; can only think item was never actually sent out in the first place?
