The wig is nice, however it is nowhere near as long as it is made to look on the photos,it just sits on my shoulders which I find the most annoying length (so gutted ) nor is it very ginger. The seller never responded once to my questions asking have they posted and please could they make contact . The wig arrived in a bag ,no packaging just a bag that actually had a rip in it! at almost £90 I expected a little more to be honest .

Been messaging this seller to cancel my order and issue a refund since the 22nd march (day of purchase) up until now (17th April) seller has not responded to any of my messages. Money wasted. Should have read previous negative feedback left by someone else. Hopefully someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake I have and previous buyer before me!

Ordered 4th January. Didn't recieve any communication from seller even though I message. Been 4 weeks. Have asked for a refund. I had order 2 other wigs from this seller and recieved them. Wigs I did get were amazing. I was looking forward to recieveing the wig as now lost all hair due to chemotherapy. Feel disappointed. Have asked for a refund.
