  I never got the item, and it took us a month to figure things out, but Matthias and his team still get 5 stars. Due to incompetence from USPS, the package was never delivered and it ended up going around the world for a month. Throughout this time, Matthias and I stayed in close communication, trying to figure things out, and neither of us got frustrated. The item eventually found its way back to the warehouse, and I received a refund. I would absolutely buy from Matthias and his shop anytime

  piano cottura rispondente alle caratteristiche che cercavo, dimensioni, qualità e prezzo. L'imballo essenziale ha garantito la consegna del prodotto integro, i tempi di spedizione hanno seguito l'indicazione del venditore. Venditore serio e puntuale. L'unica nota a sfavore i manuali non in italiano e neanche in inglese. Comunque scaricati dal sito del produttore.

  Good service and comms, unfortunately it took a little longer than was quoted on the listing as seller had to order it it from manufacturer but all good in the end

  Artikel nicht wie abgebildet geliefert. Nach Kontaktaufnahme abweisend. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten wurde verlangt obwohl abweichend geliefert. Keine Entschuldigung für eigenen Fehler - so macht das keinen Spaß. Ich kann diesen Vekäufer nicht empfehlen.

  This item was ordered on 1/17, supposedly shipped on 1/28, to arrive by 2/12. It did not arrive, which I indicted through the eBay website. Shortly thereafter, I was notified through the Post Office that the item had actually been shipped on 2/18, and finally arrived on 2/25. Even though it was late, it was the right item, was in good shape, and functional. I never received an explanation of why there was confusion in the beginning, but apparently my “complaint” set things on the right course.

  la transaction financiére est effectuée en toute securité,la livraison est effectuée dans les temps avec des outils de traçabilité fiable(dhl et la poste) et le produit correspond et est de qualité. Ce vendeur me parait donc tres complet. En tout cas a titre personnel , je recommande.
