  Bought a JBL Charge 5 Open Box - Condition was as advertised. I could tell it had been opened of course but it came in the original box with all accessories included. No signs of use on the actual speaker, only the accessories box had been opened and the seal on the retail packaging was cut. Looks great, great value, immediate shipping. A+ seller! More than worth the price.

  Arrived super fast, product as described and in good shape, I feel like the price was good for what I received. Was packaged nicely. The remote that came with was nit correct and wouldn't allow me to set up right away. I contacted seller and they responded right away and resolved the issue by refunding the amount of a new remote for the device. Overall, I'm happy with this product and the way the seller resolved the issue with communicating and offering to replace the remote.
