  I have asked for a refund and to ship it back. The rails are slightly bent , they do not fit flat on roof. They keep screwing with me saying send more pictures for a refund. I never get this type of issue at Amazon ! I want a refund ASAP! Thank you, Anton santucci

  This buyer reversed the product from front to back and left to right just to indicate that the product is not suitable for a refund. If you think the product is damaged, please provide us with a photo of the damaged product, and we can take full responsibility
