    The eBay community should be aware that I purchased an item from this seller and received an item that was different from the description. They neglected to package it carefully. I contacted the seller and sent a return label.

    I was contacted by the buyer, apologized for the item being received damaged and sent a full refund. How does that warrant negative feedback. I would like the buyer to retract their feedback.
