  Sadly the item was lost by delivery service and never arrived even though item was tracked and showed as posted and out for delivery ect seller has been great with communication and understanding and issued a full refund as soon as they learned of the issues I will be reordering the items again at a later date defiantly a pleasure to deal with even though not the outcome we both wanted but still a positive and great experience from this seller highly recommended

  The item arrived today nicely packaged. The customer experience was very good and the seller communicated well. The postal date was prompt. It was just a shame that Evri took so long to deliver the item. Not a fault of the seller.

  seller despatched items very quickly but items got held up on collection by courier. Items took 12 days for delivery but cannot fault seller as answered all my emails and helped push through the delivery. Will use again but advise seller to look at another courier for future sales.

  I have recently purchased an Epson XP970 and the regular replacement of the Maintenance Box is a given fact with this particular printer. I purchased two of these from this seller so that I have them to hand when the time comes for me to change them. The items arrived as predicted, on time, and boxed. I would use this seller again when I am ready to replenish my stock of boxes.

  almost as described , guitar picks arnt the same colour as in the pictures , delivery is painfully slow not the 3 to 5 days as listed more like 7 days. very poor comms as seller makes out its a chatbot. i wont be using this seller again.
