  The shoes were narrow, the shipping cost was high and it had poor packaging. The clogs were as described, though they were narrow, and they were a good value without the shipping cost.

  Buyer wanted free shipping, and lives on the other side of the country. USPS raised rates. She paid actual USPS cost. Shoes were bubble wrapped in a poly mailer to keep the shipping weight down and arrived in perfect condition.
