It works great and met my needs. Good value.

Battery arrived in a bag, was manufactured 5 years prior, and had scuffs. Obviously used. The seller however was responsive and at first offered a 2/3 refund, I demanded a full refund and seller agreed. While I will never do business with seller again, the seller did make this situation right with a full refund so I am not leaving a negative comment. Seeing others comments this is a trend.

( I only test its function, will put it in real life working condition, as a non-pro, this is is good enough)

I will be on the lookout to buy a higher end pressure washer, hopefully one that doesn't break, from the same seller due to their quick resolution in the matter. I have an 80v lawnmower that works better than advertised from Greenworks, so I trust them and their products. Just bad luck with this one.
