    If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great product and it arrived on time and as described. However one of the batteries was no good. I sent them a message and they quickly sent me replacement batteries. It's easy when everything goes right but when a company does this much to fix things when things go wrong then I think very highly of them. Highly recommend these guys!

    I wasn't impressed with appearance of the box when it arrived as it wasn't fully taped shut and had obviouly been opened at some point...but once opened everything was there and brand new in original packaging as described. It works great and met my needs. Good value.

    Fast shipping faster delivery , looks great, right price, right quality and exactly as described, if I know that I can get the authentic green-works products from E bay, in this competitive price, this quality, brand new product, I would not choose any Amazon 3rd party seller there, This is a really awesome option now, will do business again and highly recommended seller. ( I only test its function, will put it in real life working condition, as a non-pro, this is is good enough)

    Seller advertised a brand new mower battery in original packaging, this was a complete misrepresentation. Battery arrived in a bag, was manufactured 5 years prior, and had scuffs. Obviously used. The seller however was responsive and at first offered a 2/3 refund, I demanded a full refund and seller agreed. While I will never do business with seller again, the seller did make this situation right with a full refund so I am not leaving a negative comment. Seeing others comments this is a trend.

    A very good string trimmer. Good condition and value overall, except I still have not received the strings and strap which were shown in the listing. Seller said he would check in to it but still have not received them.
