Packed in original new condition box with two cables and wall-wort power supply, inside outer sturdy box. Fastest possible shipping, mid-west destination, ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. No problems, great eBay'er!

    Packaging and shipping was great, sadly the item arrived broken. Not sure if it wasn't checked or shipping damage, contacted the seller and they helped me out with free shipping back and full refund upon seeing that the item didn't work. The price I paid was good since they helped me with a discount, sad that the item didn't work because everything else went smooth. Got a full refund, even though my item I had to return I'd buy again from the seller with how easy they made everything for me

    Seller messaged me before shipping when they noticed a cosmetic issue not mentioned in the listing, which I appreciated. Laptop was accurately represented, shipped quickly and was packaged well - so far it's been a great machine. I would be pleased to buy from this seller again. Thank you!
