  FAST & FREE shipper, ITEM as DESCRIBED & NEW, Packed WELL,works GREAT! GOOD COMMUNIQUÉ ! Really went the EXTRA Mile to get complete this Transaction !! Note: USPS was the BAD GUY here! I Return Shipped 2 Items at MY Cost to the Vendor ! They had tried to Deliver the Package at 7PM on Sat,then QUICKLY RETURNED it to ME MONDAY ! NO 2nd ATTEMPT !! I sent it Signature Required ! I CALLED them,they LIED to ME about how long they try! It's Terrible this Day in Age to get ANY Decent Delivery PERIOD!

  Package arrived in acceptable amount of time, Secure box. No handling damage. Unpacking, filter enclosed in sealed clear plastic bag. Obvious new. Side-by-side, compatible with filter I am replacing. The only thing I did not see (or failed to see) was any identifying part numbers on the new filter. Always good to have a reference when replacing one-for-one. I did ask Green Dade Outdoor a question for clarification before ordering and they responded in short order.

  USPS lost my original purchase temporarily so I reordered another one just like it from the seller and figured I would have another on hand whenever they delivered my original. However USPS later said I will likely never receive my first item as they were unsure exactly what happened too it? I contacted the seller and explained what USPS said and they quickly refunded the original purchase. Second item arrived 1 day earlier than expected. VERY PLEASED with this seller. Will buy from them again!

  The seller was fine and the shipping was quick. However, the product was not as advertised. What I got did not match the photos. What I got appears to be a cheap version of what was advertised to me. It makes be doubt the seller very much. It should work for what I need, so I’m going to keep it. However, if it breaks after a few pulls I’m going to be very upset.

  Super fast shipping! Very nice seller to work with! Packed very well, and was exactly as described 👏 Would definitely recommend this seller!! Also should mention the price for my item was priced very reasonably! Great condition just as described. Great quality. It appears just as described. Looks excellent.   I ordered three spindles but only received two. The seller did correct the problem and shipped the other spindle. All in all, the transaction was positive, but I wish that they would have shipped the third spindle a little quicker or given a discount of some sort (on my purchase or a coupon toward a future purchase.
