  I've ordered from grapemusic a couple times now and always had really positive experiences! I messaged them to ask about the tracking for this order as it hadn't updated in a while, and they got in contact with the shipping company the same day to find out what the issue was. Everything was dispatched quickly and packed really well so it all arrived safely, am definitely going to be ordering from them again :)

  I love this item - it came safely packaged, in perfect condition and looks just like the listing. I was a little bit concerned because Rincos tracking isn't very detailed (and it looked like it had been stuck at Incheon for 10 days) but suddenly it was in my country and out for delivery :D Big thank you to the seller for the careful packaging, great pricing and high quality item.

  I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It arrived two days before the expected arrival date and in perfect condition, the box wasn't damaged at all. The seller was really kind and kept in touch in case I had any questions and to ensure the shipping process went smoothly. As per the product, I absolutely love it, it comes in a cute box with the Hwanwoong tiger plushie (the quality is great) and a photocard.   Purchased multiple photocards from this seller. My cards arrived quicker than expected. Cards were packaged securely + inside individual plastic sleeves. All as described + in excellent condition.
