  Unfortunately, these California Scents (4-pack) were mailed in an envelope (not padded) and were smashed during shipping. Also 2 of the 4 were missing altogether. I have notified the seller of the incident, and they were very quick to respond to me. They asked that I send a photo of the items, however I don't have a way to do that. So, for the price of the items I will just absorb it and move on. I still would buy from this seller in the future, as I think he has good products and decent prices.

  This is a great seller to do business with! I had a delivery by the post office saying they were sorry but they damaged the first delivery (the package was really tore up and no product)! I sent a message to the seller and they delivered a second package very securely packed in a very reasonable time frame! I've never used this product before, but I'm looking forward to using it! Both my wife and I picked up some bad gasoline at 2 different stations! I strongly recommend this seller!

  Seller sent the wrong product, and after 3 weeks waiting for the product to arrive would only offer a refund on a return minus shipping costs and taxes, which would amount to the price of the product. They sent a different, inferior and cheaper product from the manufacturer and communication with them was useless once contacted about the issue. Clearly dishonest seller, strongly recommend avoiding buying from them.
