  Second purchase from this seller. Excellent transaction, quick shipping, item was better than described! I had ordered a similar item before (also 5 stars) and broke it (my fault not theirs) so I fixed it and ordered this one for my son because the exact item was out of stock. This rod has a metal tightening ring (the other was plastic) and is even better than the first one I ordered. This indicates there will more than likely be a third order! LOL...saved as a favorite seller, will buy again!

  Arrived on time and appears to be in good condition. Item matches the description and was economically packaged. Glad to see this product was available on Ebay. Will buy more over time. Quality and value is above fair and was a good overall business transaction.

  Buyer beware! Item arrived in damaged package, and did not contain accessories (zipper case of bobbins,accessories,etal)as depicted in the advertisement. Contacted seller, they responded saying more or less too bad. Continued repeated attempts(following included instructions) to make the machine work failed to produce a single usable seam. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these people.

  Received the wrong item by mistake. No big deal, mistakes happen. Seller responded right away, sent the correct item out priority shipping, and told me to keep the other item for my trouble. Both items work just as intended.

  i did not get the first one they sent for some reason so they with no questions asked they shiped me another one thx the add says it was heat and ac but it is only heat and fan with no heat
