    Packed with care and kindness, and shipped immediately! The coat's in better than the excellent condition described in the listing -- truly indistinguishable from new -- and arrived freshly laundered and fluffy. Weirdly this was an urgent replacement (a backstory in itself) and the switcheroo went perfectly. I'm grateful. A superlative Seller, and highly recommended!
