  When the item arrived I wasn't sure how to operate it, thinking it may have been broken. I contacted the seller and they quickly responded and we're very helpful in explaining to me how to use it correctly. It was packaged well and arrived in great time. Fantastic seller, I highly recommend them.

  Item arrived as described, very well packaged and in top condition when the parcel was opened. The item was well packaged with lots of protection around the item. Excellent communication with seller and I will shop with them if the opportunity arises.

  Due to problems with carrier, the item didn’t arrive, but the seller answered every request promptly and finally refunded payment even before I asked for it. Great communication and awesome customer service!! Thank you very much!

  Great propellers, excellent quality,smooth operation ,came already balanced as well ,item was sent promptly by the seller however the courier was slow to process the item and deliver once they received it ,tracking wasn't accurate either it still says I haven't received the item ,still received within 3 weeks so wasn't to had and seller communication was great and a good person to do business with
