  Packed very well, everything arrived in pristine condition and as described, all pets were there. This eBay shop offered this at a way better value than any other listing. Shipped quickly as well. After perusing the rest of their store, it's clear that this shop doesn't just capitalize on market values.   Incredible Experience! Received 40 used flags for an incredible price. Some are brand new, and some were as described used but overall, for the value it is incredible and terrific deal.
