  Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. However, the order arrived in good time for an overseas delivery and the item was packaged very well. I did contact the seller to see if it would be worth it to ship the item back to them for a refund. They were very responsive and courteous about the question. I will likely be ordering the correct item from this seller as soon as I am able. NONE of my difficulties were the fault of the seller, all of that was my mistake.

  Foot Control Pedal works with our serger machine, was well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition and within the expected time window. Not a real issue, but the pedal is gray instead of black (as pictured in the listing). in case that matters to anyone. Thanks to the seller for identifying the correct part based on the photo and details we supplied!

  I am very impressed with this seller. Tracking from my original order shipment showed the order lost in transit. After an email, a second shipment was made and it just arrived. This seller makes the effort to get the buyer what they ordered. Very impressive.

  The pedal that I ordered arrived 8 days of my ordering. It was brand new, but unfortunately it wouldn't fit into my machine socket. I emailed the seller and told them of my problem and with a couple of emails it was rectified within a week. I cannot write more highly of my experience with this company. Lyn
