    Jon was fantastic when USPS screwed up. His communication was immediate and he sent out a replacement before the original shipment was even settled.     This book was in the exact condition the seller said it was in. The appearance of the book is the same as from the photos listed. I appreciate the seller having good photos of the item, it is one of the reasons why I bought from them. It shipped quickly and had good packaging. The book was also in a clear book plastic bag which gave me ease of mind. I also bought another book from this seller at the same time and that book arrived in good condition as well.
