Bottom of box was worn through where the shackle boss is welded to the bumper; fortunately there was, amazingly enough, no damage to the boss. The corner of the box was also slightly crushed; see photographs. Upper light bar powder coat was chipped at the upper left corner; very disappointed but chalked it up to poor packaging. Strongly recommend adding some cardboard under the bumper and between components.
