    The original shipment arrived damaged, all 3 tubes broken. I sent the seller photos, and the response was positive and impressively fast. A replacement product was shipped and it arrived intact. The tubes are as described, though I have yet to test them as I need to modify my light fitting. I think the 3 tube pack is excellent value for money, the shipping cost is probably justified due to the need for good packaging and reliable courier. This buyer is excellent and trustworthy.

    I had a fantastic experience with this seller. The item arrived as described, new, and in its original box. Unfortunately, it had been damaged during shipping, and I reported this to the seller. The seller communicated quickly and clearly, and dispatched a replacement within days, which arrived today, in good condition. I would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

    Alles wie beschrieben. Kommunikation und Reaktionszeit top. Lösungsfindung und Klärung ebenfalls. In der ersten Lieferung fehlte etwas Zubehör. Die Klärung per Email fand innerhalb von 24 bis 48 std. Statt. Die Lösung war dann das nachsenden+ erhalt des kompletten Artikels innerhalb der folgenden 48std. Super Kundenservice. Gerne wieder.
