  Brand new, as advertised. No yellowing or anything, so this was a good buy, and looks good with my vintage Packard Bell machine. I was disappointed that the seller shipped this in the OEM box, and not inside an additional box with padding, as the OEM box is no longer clean and unmarked, so the overall value of what I purchased is now reduced. Shipping price also seemed high since there was no outer packaging provided. Also took longer to ship than expected. But overall, I'm satisfied.

  Was accidently sent the wrong item, but they were very responsive and resolved it QUICKLY by expediting the correct item and including a return shipping label for the incorrect item. It was painless. VERY good customer service. I will order from Global Tech Geeks again.
