  My order is 2 days late than promised and no contact from the seller, such a bad customer service

  The buyer contacted the seller, asking about this delay. The seller wrote back right away, explaining the whole process. The shipping estimates are given by eBay in collaboration with the Post Office. The Post Office is fully responsible for the speed and estimates of the deliveries; sellers have absolutely no control over any of that.Now to the real reason for this feedback. The seller wrote asking for a full refund, since the slight delay. Then left the feedback. That's blackmail!
